Who says summer is prime festival time? Local DIY extravaganza NOPHEST returns Fri.-Sun., DEC. 7-9, for a second year with more than 50 bands (Cinetrope, A Fight to the Death, No River City, Blanca Noche ...), an outdoor arts market, a Dailies Atlanta film series, and a performance from Liana, an aerialist with the World’s Tiniest Queer Circus. And get this: Those 21 and older can bring their own beer. Can’t beat it. $10-$25.
