Profile - Brendan Brennan
Owner of Django
Belly up to Django's bar and chances are that co-owner Brendan Brennan will mix your drink. His work looks a lot like partying, especially because he seems to know everybody's name. In addition to the laid-back clientele, celebrity guests like Cee-Lo and Jazze Pha often drop by for the French/Mediterranean menu.
Brennan has been in the Atlanta nightlife scene for a while. He was the owner of the defunct but well-liked club Nomenclature Museum in Midtown.
At one point, Brennan attended Georgia State, majoring in international business, but decided to pursue entrepreneurship. He says if he wasn't running Django, he'd be waiting tables.
He once slept on Django's couch downstairs after he forgot his keys. There was no one else to lock the doors so he locked himself in.
He just found out he's having a baby, or that his wife is having a baby. She's due in February of next year.
His favorite night to be at Django is Thursday because it starts off the weekend.
