The annual public art event Flux Night returned to the Castleberry Hill Arts District on Saturday, October 5. The streets and empty spaces of the neighborhood were filled with projections, dance, performances, music, sound and light installations, parades, and thousands of people. Projections lit the space between buildings in an alley, a horse-drawn piano rolled by the crowds, DJs spun records in different areas, cannons blew smoke, audiences controlled light installations, and many other projects continued late into the night. The event ended at midnight, when a collaboration between Kebbi Williams and the Wolfpack made a flash attack and destroyed a Range Rover with sledge hammers and pickaxes to the sounds of drums, tubas, horns, saxophones, and a flute.
