According to the AP and Politico, Gingrich’s new, can’t-lose strategy involves laying off a third of his staff, focusing more on digital outreach, and spending “much less time in primary states and instead personally calling delegates to try to persuade them to back him at the Republican National Convention in August.” Appealing to the American voter is overrated.

A JetBlue Pilot from South Georgia had to be subdued by passengers when he suffered an episode on a flight from New York to Las Vegas, and started ranting about al Qaida, bombs, and other things that terrify people who are on airplanes. No one was harmed, except for the family and future progeny of the former NYC corrections officer who subdued the pilot, ‘cause he’s gonna tell this story A LOT ...
