>> President Obama will give an address tonight at 7:30 to discuss the non-war war we’re waging in Libya. Okay, so we’re bombing pro-Qaddafi forces. With jets. And NATO is involved. But it’s not a war people! (Politico)

>> Obama’s former press secretary and longtime adviser Robert Gibbs is being aggressively courted by Facebook to be the site’s new head of communications. Facebook, which will go public next year in what’s expected to be the largest initial public offering in history, will likely face greater criticism concerning privacy and user security. >> Japan called off a tsunami warning yesterday after a 6.5 magnitude earthquake resulted in a very small tsunami. Plate tectonics, leave Japan alone! (CNN)

>> Rainwater with low levels of radioactive iodine has been found in California, Washington, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. The radioiodine-131 has been linked to Japan’s nuclear plant meltdown, but public health officials said they pose no threat to drinking water. Erin Brockovich will be waiting for your call.
