Unique shop opening soon in Morningside

I thought that I would drop you a line to introduce myself. A friend and I are opening up a casserole shop (called Casseroles) in Morningside late January/early February 2011 and I wanted to get us on your radar.
It will be a to-go casserole shop with not only the classic casseroles but also vegetarian and vegan fare for a more healthy twist on the traditional recipes. There will also be a retail area so that our customers can create a gifting experience for new neighbors, new parents, the sickly, or bereaving family members. The concept combines Southern warmth and hospitality with an urban, yet neighborly, spirit.
