- Timothy Magee named executive chef of Southern Art
Celebrity chef Art Smith has named Timothy Magee (formerly of Concentrics Restaurants, Fifth Group Restaurants, and Buckhead Life) as executive chef of Southern Art. Additionally, the restaurant has named Clay Livingston as head mixologist and lead bartender for Southern Art and Bourbon Bar.
Holeman & Finch has updated its operating hours and will now close earlier during the week. New hours for the public house are Mon.-Thurs., 5 p.m.-midnight; Fri.-Sat., 5 p.m.-1:30 a.m.; Brunch: Sun., 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
Todd Stein, formerly of BANK (Minneapolis), David Burke (Las Vegas) mk, the restaurant, cibo matto and The Florentine (Chicago), has been named executive chef of Two Urban Licks. Stein, who received a Rising Star Award from StarChefs.com in 2005, will make his official debut in February.
