Two new dining options have been announced for Old Fourth Ward mixed-use development Ponce City Market. The first is an as-of-yet unnamed Indian street food concept from Chai Pani, the Asheville eatery that opened a Decatur outpost in March 2013. Sweet Auburn Curb Market’s Rawesome Juicery is also planning to open a spinoff, a raw food/juice shop called Juice Box.

Back in May, Ponce City Market announced its initial round of restaurant tenants, including Dub’s Fish Camp from chef Anne Quatrano, Linton Hopkins’ H&F Burger, frozen treats from Honeysuckle Gelato, Korean cuisine from Simply Seoul Kitchen, and Szechuan-inspired eats from Jia - a collaboration between Tasty China and Tasty China II chefs Dahe Yang and Jiguo Jiang. Not yet confirmed are New York-based creperie Bar Suzette and an unnamed wood-fired pizza joint.

According to latest projections, eateries within Ponce City Market’s Central Food Hall should start opening for business by spring 2015.
