Brownwood Park Sat., May 16, 1-5 p.m. East Atlanta Beer Festival Experience hundreds of different types of craft beer, great food, music from Wasted Potential Brass Band, and experience what the village is all about. The 12th Annual festival will donate the funds to a charity chosen by East Atlanta Foundation. Details

Holeman and Finch Public House Sat., May 16, 12 p.m. Around The World one Dram at a Time In this special event, become multi cultured without leaving the comfort of a whiskey glass. Start your trip in Ireland with Greenspot Irish Pot Still as you learn about whiskey's humble beginnings. Through this whiskey tasting event, make your way around the globe stopping by pivotal places like France with their hand crafted whiskey, until you reach samples of the innovative Japanese and Australian whiskey, so distinct you might find your self saying "I think it's not whiskey." Taco Mac-Lindbergh Sat., May 16, noon-5 p.m. Southern Beer Tours Start the day off at SweetWater Brewing for a tasting and tour of the largest craft brewery in the state. The next stop will be to Monday Night Brewing. Then will continue through Midtown and visit with one of Atlanta's newest breweries, Second Self Beer Company. Each tour includes transportation, your admission to each venue, beer tastings, souvenir glass at each brewery, and a gift bag filled with growler discounts, koozies, and whatever else we can find. Seven Lamps Sun., May 17, 3-4 p.m. Cooking Class with Chef Drew Van Leuvan Join chef Drew Van Leuvan of Seven Lamps for a culinary learning, kid-friendly experience.
