hree-year-old Juicy Jenny, Jenny Levison’s health-conscious Buckhead juice bar, closed on July 2. Levison cited the economic difficulties of the operation in a Facebook statement.
??New York City-based the Halal Guys, known for gyro sandwiches and beef and chicken platters with rice, are slated to open the first of five proposed franchises at 4929 Buford Highway in Chamblee by September, according to Eater. The local franchisees are looking at future locations in the “Midtown Atlanta area, on Peachtree Road, and East Ponce De Leon,” as well as “the Cumberland area, by the new Braves stadium, Emory University area.”
hile most of the 78,528 bottles of beer stolen from SweetWater Brewing Co. have been recovered, every single bottle will have to be destroyed, because SweetWater can’t guarantee what happened to the cases of beer once they left the Atlanta dock.

strong>Rosati’s, a Chicago-style pizza franchise out of Chicago, Illinois, will open a second Atlanta location on Wieuca Road near Chastain Park this fall. The new Rosati’s will feature “a full bar, Chicago-style, thin-crust, double-dough pizzas, calzones; a variety of pastas, sandwiches, salads, and desserts; and catering.”
