Peter Aman’s Halloween poetry: I’m running against ghosts and ghouls
The mayoral candidate dropped some spooky rhymes on the competition

Just one week before the general election, Atlanta mayoral candidate Peter Aman has become a poet. Or maybe he was already a poet; we don’t know.
Aman, Mayor Kasim Reed’s former chief operating officer, took to the Twittersphere Halloween afternoon to share a verse about the “ghosts and ghouls” in this municipal election.
“This election, watch out for ghosts and ghouls.
Other candidates have broken the rules.
Early voting is underway, vote Peter Aman today,” he wrote.
Although he didn’t directly call out anyone in particular, it sure seems like a dig at some of his competitors that he’s called out in the past. That said, Aman’s poetic post doesn’t technically infringe upon the pact candidates made at the recent candidate forum they promised not to sling any more mud until Election Day Nov. 7.
