Legendary UK punk trio the Vibrators take the Star Bar stage on Wed., Oct. 4, for an hour-long set (maybe longer), running through such circa ‘76 and beyond classics as “Judy Says (Knock You In The Head),” “London Girls,” “Stiff Little Fingers,” and more from the Past, Present, Into the Future album (Cleopatra Records). The band’s current lineup includes, guitarist Nigel Bennett, drummer John “Eddie” Edwards, and bass player Pete Honkamaki. It’s billed as the group’s final U.S. tour, and, as Eddie says, “It might be the last chance to see us there so get along!”

Wilmington, North Carolina’s Rocket 77, and Atlanta rock ‘n’ roll power trio Bad Spell, featuring Bryan Malone, Shane Pringle, and Pietro Digennaro also perform.

$12. 9 p.m. Star Bar. 437 Moreland Ave. SE.
