TRAP GOD: Gucci Mane’s 13th album, ‘Evil Genius,’ arrived Dec. 7.

The East Atlanta Santa is back! Radric Davis, better known as the one and only Gucci Mane, returns to the Fabulous Fox Theatre for a post-Christmas get-your-head-right blowout. Amid a year punctuated by scoring a monster hit with “Wake Up In the Sky,” featuring Bruno Mars and Kodak Black, engaging in public battles with his baby mama, Sheena Evans, over child support, squashing his beef with Waka Flocka, and challenging Eminem’s “King of Rap” status, 2018 has been another roller-coaster year for Mr. Zone 6. As the Trap God presiding over Atlanta’s hip-hop game, when life hands Guwap lemons, he makes “Lemonade.”

Now, on the heels of releasing of his 13th album, Evil Genius (Atlantic Records), Gucci Mane’s homecoming show is sure to be the hip-hop event of the year. Joining him on stage is a parade of Southern hip-hop’s current round of MVPs, including Zaytoven, Young Dolph, Key Glock, Peewee Longway, HoodRich Pablo Juan, and more. Hot 107.9 is also hosting pre- and post-show parties in the Marquee Club with DJs and on-air personalities Jay Tek and Sammy Approved. Come early for a buffet amid the Marquee Club’s Moroccan and Middle Eastern-style decor. Stay late for a night of hits (“Heavy,” “So Icy,” “I’m Not Goin’”) and the new joints (“Off the Boat,” “BiPolar,” “Cold Shoulder”) — a melange of songs about money, fame, sex, and maintaining a positive mental attitude to put a cap on 2018 and pave the way for a whole new year of hedonism to begin. Brrr …

$55.50-$150 (plus fees). 7 p.m. (doors). The Fox Theatre, 660 Peachtree St .N.E. 404-881-2100. www.foxtheatre.org.
