Pharmaceutical company Moderna, known for its COVID-19 vaccine, will open an outpost in Atlanta and hire 150-200 employees over the next two years. Moderna’s local office will initially host finance, human resources, procurement, and digital functions and is expected to begin operations in the second quarter of 2022.
