NEWS BRIEF: Atlanta BeltLine gets its own radio station
A/V Radio will be hosted by Atlanta’s top professional DJs across genres.
A pop-up radio station is set to start broadcasting on the Atlanta BeltLine on April 1 and continue through the end of June. A/V Radio is part of this year’s Art on the Beltline and will emanate from a converted shipping container at 830 Willoughby Way on the Eastside Trail.
According to a press release, shows will be hosted by Atlanta’s top professional DJs along with international guests covering multiple musical genres. Spearheaded by local promoter Ree de la Vega, A/V Radio will also be available to listeners via its website and an app. reporternewspapers.net
