The Atlanta BeltLine and the PATH Foundation will host a Zoom meeting for the public on Thursday, May 12 from 6 to 8 p.m., to present and discuss the results of a feasibility study of the Northwest Trail. Anyone interested in its progress is encouraged to attend. To join this meeting by phone, dial 929-205-6099 and enter webinar ID: 865 2150 6299.

Officials say the Northwest Trail is a critical quadrant of the Atlanta BeltLine loop, connecting the Bankhead and Howell Station neighborhoods to Peachtree Hills. Unlike other sections of the BeltLine, the northwest quadrant has no abandoned rail corridors available for conversion to pathways, and is therefore one of the more complicated portions to construct. beltline.org
