Breasia Powell, a 16-year-old girl, was shot and killed early Sunday morning outside Benjamin E. Mays High School in Atlanta after a confrontation that began at a graduation party. A 16-year-old boy was also injured in the incident and is in stable condition. Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens said there is a $10,000 Crime Stoppers reward related to information about the shooting. He encouraged students to make conscious and quality decisions while directing guardians to stay involved in their children’s whereabouts.
