Join Executive Chef Craig Richards and Beverage Manager Clarke Anderson for a celebration of the last few weeks of summer at St. Cecilia with a four-course Sicilian dinner. Each course will also be expertly paired with a Sicilian wine selection.
Call St. Cecilia at (404) 554-9995 to reserve your seat. The dinner is $75, excluding tax and gratuity. Space is limited.
First: Crudo selection with orange, preserved fennel, Castelvetrano olive powder. Pairing: Zibbibo, Arianna Occhipinti, SP86, Terre Siciliane 2014
Second: Saffron risotto with langoustines, sea beans, pane fritto. Pairing: Grecanico Dorado, Azienda Agricola COS, Pithos Bianco, Terre Siciliane 2013
