The first and second floors of TEW Galleries will be set up salon-style to introduce viewers to alternative ways to display art and create more diverse and visually stimulating art displays. Salon style is a form of hanging art introduced in the 17th century by the Academy of Painting and Sculpture as a way to display student art. The style hangs art in tight, close together displays from floor to ceiling.
