Join No. 246’s executive chef Justin Gottselig and the Atlanta Community Food Bank for a sustainable Italian meal made from local, organic ingredients. Attendees will learn how to make herb ricotta ravioli with summer squash, brown butter, pine nuts, and pecorino and braised pork cheeks charred turnips, apples, Tuscan kale, and pickled pimentos.
