ACP Spotlight on Local Talent: Inspired Georgia,

In celebration of the photographers and poets featured in the limited edition coffee table book Inspired Georgia, we invite you to join us for an exhibition, poetry reading, book signing and party!

Inspired Georgia is unique in that it's presented as parallel anthologies that overlap and intertwine the voices of eight-five exceptional Georgia photographers and poets.

The event will begin with exhibition viewing and a cocktail reception for the artists at 6:30. A poetry reading featuring award-winning poets Judson Mitcham and Natasha Trethaway will take place at 7:30, followed by a book signing and merriment!

Inspired Georgia is a co-publication with Georgia Council for the Arts, Georgia Poet Laureate Judson Mitcham, Atlanta Celebrates Photography, Georgia Humanities, the National Endowment for the Arts, and is published by UGA Press. The project was fueled by a shared desire to honor Georgia as a nexus of creativity.
