The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta invites guests to celebrate the start of the holiday season with a lavish Thanksgiving brunch. Complete with culinary selections, carving stations, dessert delicacies and more, the Thanksgiving feast will feature an array of choices for all ages and palates.

Executive chef Ramesh Kaduru and his team have curated a delightful and unique feast for this year’s celebration, highlights of which include an artisan-style charcuterie selection, sushi and sashimi stations and a farmers market vegetable presentation. The chef’s butcher block will showcase traditional holiday dishes, including a roasted whole turkey with sage gravy and cranberry sauce. Younger guests will enjoy childhood favorites like chicken tenders, tater tots, macaroni and cheese, pizza and green beans. To conclude the brunch services, pastry chef Nitin Bali has developed several decadent desserts, including a flambe apple a la mode station and a chocolate fountain with assorted dipping items.
