Chef Mary Moore, founder of the Cook's Warehouse, and sommelier Don Hackett host their December food and wine class for another year, highlighting a few of Moore's favorite recipes alongside Hackett's wine pairings. As Moore demonstrates how to prepare each dish, Hackett will complement each plate with a unique wine and share how to select the perfect wine for your own menus. The evening's menu boasts bold flavors mixed with simple freshness in dishes like pear comte purses, citrus caesar salad, pasta with boar ragu, and italian brussels sprouts gratin. For dessert, a classic panna cotta with seasonal fruit compote. All proceeds benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
