Holeman and Finch’s executive chef Spencer Gomez will host the third installment of his “Gypsy Chef” series, featuring chef Terry Koval of Wrecking Bar Brewpub. Gomez and Koval will join forces to serve up an Oktoberfest-themed menu and experience, offering guests the opportunity to sample some seasonal sustenance from two of the city’s talked-about chefs.
