SMart, Inc., consisting of four art galleries and several studios, is Georgia’s only Micro Enterprise Program using the arts as a tool for economic revitalization. The program generates and nurtures a creative economy in the Village of Stone Mountain by providing low cost studio and gallery spaces where artists can create, sell and exhibit their art work.
