The January cheese course led by Cheesemonger Carolyn Bender at Star Provisions will help participants beat their winter blues by exploring all blue cheeses on Wednesday, January 20th at 6 p.m. The class features five cheeses and three wines for $27. Reservations are encouraged as the 45 minute class is limited to 20 participants. Reservations for the monthly cheese course may be made by calling Star Provisions directly at 404-365-0410.
