Guests are invited to don their beads and celebrate Fat Tuesday. New Orleans native executive chef Scott Serpas and his team will host a bayou bash featuring live music, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and an all-you-can-eat buffet with classics including flash-fried oysters, gumbo, jambalaya, king cake, and more.
