Nexto Ramen Pop-Up

With two new ramen joints recently opening up shop and at least three more (that we know of) on the way, Atlanta is a powder keg of noodles and broth at the moment. As ramen maven chef Mihoko Obunai prepares to open her new Poncey-Highland restaurant, Nexto, she and her slurp-worthy soups will make an appearance for one last pop-up dinner on Monday night. This time around, the event will take place at One Midtown Kitchen, the long-standing Concentrics restaurant near Piedmont Park. Obunai’s Nexto preview menu, which, in addition to ramen, includes small plates such as an assortment of yakitori and Japanese dumplings, will replace One’s regular menu that night. Attendance is free, however reservations are required.
