Polaris is celebrating the 4th with a patriotic prix fixe dinner for $45. The menu includes red, white & blue sangria, firecracker melon salad, great American steak oscar slider, brandy rabbit boudin sausage dog, parmesan-truffle & garlic creamer potato fries and a surprise finale dessert.
