The days are getting shorter, the weather is getting cooler, and somewhere just north of Buckhead, cooks are prepping a fatty of monumental proportions. It’s a good day to roast hard at Local Three’s fifth installment of Roast a Fatty. Slather the slow-roasted pork with Firebud Brands Slap Sauce on the restaurant’s garden terrace patio. Cool off from the meat sweats with a couple of Bulleit bourbon drinks or Wild Heaven brews.
