Oktoberfest may be across the world in Munich, but an Oktoberfest inspired menu can be enjoyed right at home. Created by Kristina and Dan Limoges, learn about the highlights of traditional Bavarian cuisine. Learn how to make things like o’batzter (traditional Bavarian cheese spread accompanied by pretzel bread and radishes) or bayrischer kartoffelsalat and gruenersalat (Bavarian potato salad and a light green salad). Maybe a dampfnudel mit vanillerahmsauce (sweet pan-steamed dumplings filled with seasonal jam and bathed in vanilla sauce) is more suitable. Limited seating available.
