This 5 course dinner from Chef Heather Murray will highlight smoked dishes such as Smoked Trout Crostini, Smoked Octopus, Smoked Pork Belly, Smoked Venison Lollipops, and Smoked Bacon and Salted Caramel Ice Cream paired with Sweetwater favorites, Blue, Dank Tank, 420, Take Two Pils and Georgia Brown.
