Experience the Mexico culture with executive chef Chad Clevenger and his culinary team as they whip up some traditional dishes of Mexico. The menu includes ahi tuna ceviche with sea beans, scallions, celery, Serrano chiles and Baja sea salt and pork cheek conchinita pibil with plantains, sour orange, achiote and pipian rojo. Tickets can be purchased through brown paper tickets.
