Gunshow is bringing back its popular “Hired Guns” series of dining events, hosting creative collaborations with inventive chefs from around the nation. For two days each, these “Hired Guns” will showcase their signature flavors and personalities in Gunshow’s open kitchen. The 2015 series continues on May 26 and 27 with Greg Denton and Gabrielle Quiñónez Denton, chefs and co-owners of the renowned Portland, Oregon, restaurant Ox. Guests are encouraged to make reservations by phone. Menu items vary in price.
