“It Makes Me Think: Our Stories About Reentry” will be performed as a staged reading at Central Presbyterian Church in downtown Atlanta on Saturday, May 16 at 7:00pm. The play, written and performed by four formerly incarcerated women, is produced by Reforming Arts, a non-profit organization that brings arts and higher education opportunities to women in Georgia’s criminal justice system. The Theatre Reentry Project is a program that aims to help recently released women return to society by building upon the work they do within Reforming Arts’ higher education program at Lee Arrendale State Prison.
