Fifth Group Restaurants is switching things up this May as chefs from the hospitality group’s eight concepts showcase tastes of their menus at a sister restaurant during the “Trading Chefs†event. May 11-30, the executive chefs from South City Kitchen Midtown and Vinings, La Tavola Trattoria, Ecco, the Original El Taco, Lure, Alma Cocina and Bold American Events will team up to create an appetizer that explores the flavors and authenticity of each menu.
