From the venue:For this pop-up, chef Joey Zelinka serves beloved Polish dumplings. Every Monday through Thursday, guests can get as many or as few traditional, oxtail and potato, and seasonal vegetable pierogi as they can handle with their choice of sauce. Just walk up to Joystick's back door from noon-2 p.m. and ring Babcia's Big Bell. Babcia's will have an ever-changing menu to keep things fresh.
