From Sea to Shore Dinner

Chef Linda Harrell of Cibo e Beve is facing off against chef Craig Richards of St. Cecelia in an Iron-chef like “From Sea to Shore Dinner.” Each chef will prepare a four course dinner. Chefs will prepare a dish for each of the four courses and guests will vote on their favorite dish per course. The winning chef will receive prize money from Inland Seafood to be donated to the charity of their choice. Each course will have a drink pairing and there will be a complimentary cocktail and hors d'oeuvres served before dinner.
