In his powerful new book The Generals, historian Winston Groom tells the intertwined and uniquely American tales of George Patton, Douglas MacArthur, and George Marshall - from the World War I battle that shaped them to their greatest victory: leading the allies to victory in World War II. Best known for his book Forrest Gump, Winston Groom, will appear at a free event courtesy of Gwinnett County Library on November 16 at 7:30pm at the Norcross Cultural Arts and Community Center, 10 College Street, Norcross 30071. Books will be available for purchase and signing provided by Eagle Eye Book Shop.
