Join Second Self Beer Company for a special tasting and pairing dinner with local other brews, including some from Orpheus, Terrapin, Southbound, and Eventide, and wine pairings from Canoe’s wine director, Matt Bradford.Guests taste dishes during the six-course meal with the suggested beer and wine pairings and decide which works best. Menu items will include crisped oyster with spiced tomato, smoked shrimp with chili and Thai flavors, curried empanadas, smoked sausage, bleu cheese with grits and mole, and more.
