Michael Reese will discuss his photography and answer questions atAPG Gallery, Wednesday, February 19, 7:30pm. 

Michael Reese is a photographer and conceptual artist. He received his BFA in Photography from the Atlanta College of Art. An interest and commitment to social practice in his work allows for an open experimentation and dialogue. His work has been featured in several publications including Graphis (The International Journal of Visual Communication), Atlanta Summer Olympics (Bird & Alston) and AJF 30 Years (OOCA). He’s received several grants for his conceptual based work and has been recently commissioned to create work featuring African American aviators for the Fulton County Aviation Center being built in Atlanta. Reese’s work can be found in numerous public collections including The Atlanta Hartsfield Airport Art Program, Clark Atlanta University, OOCA and several private collections.
