From Tuesday, April 22 to Friday, April 25, guests are invited to “buy a rack to save a rack†with a special three-course dinner menu in support of Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. For $30, the dinner includes a smoked rack of lamb ribs with a mint julep barbecue sauce, a half rack of baby back or St. Louis ribs with a choice of two sides, and a Cuatro Leches Cake to end it on a sweet note.
