Roswell Riverside Sounds with Chris Thomas King

The annual Roswell Riverside Sounds concert season begins on May 3 with Chris Thomas King, 7-9 p.m. This free outdoor concert series is hosted at Riverside Park, 575 Riverside Road in Roswell on the first Saturday of the month from May through October. Food trucks will be on site at each concert. King’s major acting debut in the film O Brother, Where Art Thou in 2001 gained him an international mainstream audience. King played the role of Tommy Johnson, a true-to-life blues singer from the 1930s. Chris Thomas King’s new album, “Antebellum Postcards,” incorporates folk, blues and rock.
