Join us while Chef Robert Phalen kicks off the Schnitz and Bubbles series on Wednesday, June 11. On the second Wednesday of each month through September, snag a starter, schnitzel – a boneless meat, thinned, breaded and fried, plus dessert, paired with bubbly for $35. The Schnitz and Bubbles menu for June is gazpacho, chicken schnitzel, and a peach and mulberry galette. Make sure to come next month on Wednesday, July 9 for pork schnitzel.
