Join us while Chef Robert Phalen continues the Schnitz and Bubbles series on Wednesday, July 9. On the second Wednesday of each month through September, snag a starter, schnitzel – a boneless meat, thinned, breaded and fried, plus dessert, paired with bubbly for $35. The Schnitz and Bubbles menu for June is heirloom tomatoes, heritage pork schnitzel, and chocolate chip bread pudding with vanilla ice cream.
