Chef Drew Van Leuvan and the Seven Lamps team are bringing back the Korean culinary favorite. On the second Saturday of every month continuing through November , Chef Van Leuvan is offering up his take on the traditional Bo Ssam with Pork Belly. Chef Van Leuvan’s Bo Ssam meal will be presented traditionally with updated components inspired by his own background, in a family-style setting serving four for the price of $20.
