Local Three’s Chef de cuisine, Ben Barth, teams up with lauded wine maker Paul Hobbs for this four course ensemble. Hobbs has worked with various prestigious wineries over the years and is credited with being among the first to recognize the Argentina’s potential to produce great wines. Guests can expect menu items such as braised Waygu beef brisket and rabbit sausage with cherries and gnocchi.
