Before “Georgia On My Mind,†there was simply “Georgiaâ€. Before Music Midtown, Atlantans reveled at the Music Festival of 1883. Amateur historians and musicians alike are sure to learn something of note on Sept. 21 during historic Oakland Cemetery’s new special topic tour, Oakland’s Stories of Song.
