The parade starts at 3 p.m. at the Freedom Parkway underpass on the Atlanta Beltline, just before the skate park. It ends at 4 p.m. at Park Tavern, Piedmont Park. The costume contest registration and judging will take place at Park Tavern. You and your pup can dine and drink during the contest. Wickedly good prizes for large dog, small dog, human-dog combo, homemade costume, and grande supreme. $20 to enter the costume contest. Donations requested for the parade.
