Join La Tavola from Wednesday, October 8, through Sunday, October 19, for the seventh annual Abbondanza featuring seasonally inspired dishes from Italyâ€™s most famous regions. Executive chef Brent Branda has created each dish to represent the culinary traditions of Italy including a classic bruschetta with roasted mushrooms, housemade ricotta, arugula, and Pecorino Toscano and a seasonal pumpkin tortellini with hazelnuts, brown butter, and smoked ricotta. Abbondanza, the Italian word for â€œabundance,â€ offers a taste of Italy you canâ€™t get enough of.
